History:
Of the catalogs available the 4210 Polar Planimeter family first appeared in the 1892 catalog.
- 1892 -- The 1110 and 1111 are first seen in the catalogs available. They were probably available earlier.
- 1901 -- The numbers were converted to 4210 and 4212
- 1925 -- The 4211 was introduced in the 1925 price list for the 1921 catalog
- 1927b - The 4210 was not show. It was replaced by the 4211.
- 1936 -- The 4211 and 4212 were last seen in the 1936 catalog.
- 1939 -- The 1939 price list for the 1936 catalog shows a 4212 with a tracer-point support and a winged finger-grip.
