K&E 4055 10" Mannheim Slide Rules

Scale set:

	A = B C = D   
	= S L T = 

	The L scale increases to the right.

The next two rules are identical except that printing on the top part of the rule is in different order and the cases are different. This printing change probably represents a tooling change in about 1934. This change is seen in later 4055s.
