K&E 4045 16" Mannheim 1933-1935

The dating of this rule is indicated by the all glass cursor with the raised edge cursor block that were only produced between 1933 and 1935. This might be a replacement cursor as the rule does not have a serial number. Serial numbers were not used until 1922.
